Trash Location
Trash and Recycling bins are located near the fence line in the alleyway. Located outside of the garage door.
A team member will come every Tuesday morning and night to take the trash down and bring it back up

1. Lift panel to expose pad numbers
2. Enter code given during check-in instructions on Airbnb App
3. Press down/up arrow button
4. Garage will open or shut

Livingroom Fan Remote
The Livingroom fan does have a switch located on the wall next to the kitchen as shown in the video above! The switch needs to be turned on for the remote to the fan to work.
Dishwasher
For the dishwasher to be powered on the switch above the dishwasher needs to be switched up, shown two images below. The switch has been labeled and shown in the Up (on) position.
Master Bedroom Thermostat
Changing the temperature of the thermostat, press and hold the up/down arrow button. The number will start to flash, then you can press the up or down button again until the desired temperature is selected then stop pressing any button and the temperature will be set!
Master Bedroom Fan Remote
The ceiling fan located in the master bedroom requires the switch located under the TV to be flipped in the on position. Video below shows where and how to turn the switch on.

Double King (Gray Room) Fan
The ceiling fan located in the double king bedroom (gray room) requires the switch located next to the door frame. Video below shows where and how to turn the switch on.

Unfortunately there is a stain located in the Double King (Gray Room) carpet, we have had it professionally cleaned multiple times but we are not able to get the stain out but we are aware of the stain!
